Starting at EUR 0.35 per hour worked by a candidate recruited by us.
Motivation. This motivates us to ensure that the candidates you receive have long-term stay prospects at your agency.
We are only paid for the direct results (candidates) that's going to work at your agency.
The fee is based on the hours worked by our candidates. (For example from the Plan4Flex app).
Possible forms of settlement are:
- weekly or
- monthly.

The maximum number of hours for which we charge is negotiable.
This may harm the results of our cooperation.
Every company is driven by their economic interests. Therefore, candidates planning a longer stay in the Netherlands are directed to our partners who do not require a maximum number of hours.
