This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data of candidates applying for a job in the Netherlands with the help of Justeuro.eu. Justeuro.eu is responsible for the processing of this personal data and values your privacy very much. Therefore, Justeuro.eu processes personal data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation.
Processed personal data and purposes of processing
Justeuro.eu processes your personal data because you are applying for a job abroad. We process this data solely for the purposes of the selection process and in order to be able to welcome you to the Netherlands in the future, which we are very much counting on.
We only process personal data that you provide to us personally via the website, application form and possibly in the CV sent or data provided otherwise in the recruitment process. We process the following data:
- First name and last name
- Personal data
- Address data
- Contact details
- Data on education and experience

Additional goals
We will only use your information as described above. If we want to use the data for another purpose, we will always ask for your consent.
Data storage period
Justeuro.eu will not store your personal data longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Therefore, as a standard, your personal data will be stored for a maximum of three months after the end of the recruitment process. We will only store your personal data longer if we are legally obliged to do so.
Sharing data with other entities
Justeuro.eu will not sell your data to third parties and will transfer this data to third parties only if it is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, for analytical and marketing purposes or to fulfill a legal obligation. We select these entities with care to ensure that your personal information is secure.
We may share your data with the following entities:
- Temporary employment agencies
- Advertising platforms (e.g. Google and Facebook)
We enter into processing agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of data security and confidentiality. Justeuro.eu is responsible for this processing.
Viewing, correcting and deleting personal data
You have the right to access, delete and, if necessary, rectify all your personal data that we have collected. If you believe that we have collected personal data about you without a legitimate reason or we are processing personal data unrelated to your application, please contact us. In all of the above cases, please write to the following address: privacy@justeuro.eu. Justeuro.eu will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, within a maximum of four weeks.
A request to delete your data will prevent us from further processing your request.
Rights, questions or complaints
You have the right to access any personal data we collect about you and to request rectification or deletion of your personal data. If you believe that we are processing your personal data without a valid legal basis or we are processing personal data that is not relevant to the selection process, please contact us. You can write to the address privacy@justeuro.eu. Justeuro.eu will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than four weeks after receipt of the application.

Justeuro.eu takes the protection of personal data very seriously.
